O estúdio São Paulo da Ubisoft, empresa especializada no desenvolvimento de games, está contratando um profissional para desenvolver e manter diversos documentos técnicos, além de trabalhar em processos de localização de produtos, entre outros serviços textuais.

Responsibilities:
• Collect and clarify technical information;
• Work closely with all departments to gather data;
• Create and maintain a variety of documentation;
• Manage localization process with headquarter;
• Review and improve written documentation to maximize clarity;
• Integrate existing documentation into new documentation methodologies where necessary;
• Manage and organize documentation for internal and external audiences;
• Make recommendations for tools and processes to improve information management and access for documentation audience;
• Help create style guides for internal and external documentation;
• Create supporting content where necessary such as screen shots and flow-charts;
• Review all company documentation in Portuguese and English plus game dialogues.
Qualifications:
• A background and at least 2 years of experience in technical communication, science, engineering, computer engineering, English or journalism;
• Strong skills with documentation software such as OneNote, MS Word, MS Excel, etc;
• Experience with flow-charting programs;
• Experience with screen capture software;
• Strong attention to detail;
• An investigative, hands-on approach to problem-solving;
• An ability to question available resources for information.
Pluses:
• A technical background is highly preferred;
• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in a software environment;
• Experience with HTML and web design.
